The hotel staff were wonderful, friendly, and helpful. The room had a beautiful view of the bay. The pool and food were excellent. The location was central and convenient.

Hotel is great. Modern facilities, very clean and staff was very helpfull. Beautifull bay view. Well located just in front of shoreline. Excelent food at hotel restaurant. We do suggest staying here when in Halong Bay area.

I found everything nice, totally recommend it to others. I greatly enjoyed that it was clean and sophisticated, the staff where truly wonderful and rooms were new-fashioned. The team provided a terrific service. Extra touch as bed was much appreciated too.

A beautiful location overlooking the bay with a night street nearby for food and entertainment. The hotel is nice and I would stay there again. I recommend this hotel.

Novotel Ha Long Bay was perhaps not the most expensive hotel we had during our one month trip to Vietnam and Cambodia, but definitely the best. The rather dull exterior hides stunningly beautiful interior design both in public spaces like the hall, the bar and the restaurant, and in the hotel rooms. Staff are very friendly, competent, and fluent in English. A very pleasant experience.
